Enquiries

What happens when you submit the form

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, the details you enter (your name, company, contact method, email or phone, topic, facility type, systems, summary and any files you attach) are sent to ESC's own form handler running on this site's hosting. They are stored there and read by the ESC team in Riyadh for one purpose: handling your enquiry and replying to you. We do not sell, share or pass this information to third parties, and we do not add you to marketing lists. If you asked for a document, we send it; if you described a project, we reply about that project.

The consent box on the form records that you agreed to this. You can ask us at any time to see what we hold about your enquiry, to correct it, or to delete it, using the contact details below.

What this site does and does not run

This describes the actual implementation of the site at the time of writing.

No marketing pixelsNo advertising or remarketing pixels are enabled on this site.

No social trackersNo social-network tracking scripts are loaded. Share buttons copy a link; they do not call a social platform.

No analytics cookiesNo analytics or tracking cookies are set. Any analytics remains deferred and is not active.

One functional preferenceIf you pause the motion on the home page, that choice is kept in your browser's local storage so it is remembered next time. It contains no personal data and never leaves your browser.

Form submissions onlyThe only data that leaves your browser for ESC is what you type into the contact form and choose to send.

Hosting logsThe hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as request times and addresses, for the operation and security of the site.

How do I ask what you hold about me?

Email shams@escc-ksa.com or call +966 11 216 0218 with the approximate date of your enquiry. We reply with what we hold and act on your request to correct or delete it.

How long do you keep enquiries?

For as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any project or document request that follows from it. You may ask for deletion at any time.

Will this policy change?

If the site's implementation changes, for example if analytics is enabled, this page will be updated to describe the new behaviour before it takes effect.
